Auto Mode is able to control the oven and program a multitude of dishes. Depending on the recipe selected, the oven will automatically suggest the best way to cook your dish for an excellent result.
Manual Mode with direct access offers the best traditional cooking tools to create your own recipe. Because your oven knows your cooking habits better than anyone, it also offers you three options at the beginning and/or end of cooking that you simply activate to perfect your preparations: give a more golden and crispy finish as desired, keep your dish at a tasting temperature without the risk of overcooking, extend the cooking of your preparation by 5 minutes without adjusting the settings.

Culinary Guide recipes only requires you to enter the weight of the dish and the oven automatically determines the appropriate cooking mode, the ideal temperature and the cooking time required right down to the minute.
Pastry and Dessert recipes contain a suitable recipe for every taste. These recipes are indispensable in the preparation of traditional and modern breads and desserts such as pies, chocolate cake, coco flan, etc. There are 22 different fully automatic recipes to choose from.
Storable pre-sets allows direct access to 3 individual programmes that have been previously stored (for frequent or repetitive use).

Keep Warm ensures that dishes remain at serving temperature until needed.
Defrost allows you to quickly and hygienically bring frozen products to room temperature.
Drying allows food to be dried in the oven at a temperature of 35-80 °C while preserving their nutritional qualities.
Refresh function restores the optimal moisture level of dried bread products, e.g. to refresh baguettes, loaves, round breads or croissants.

Pyrolysis is a highly efficient self-cleaning system, during which the oven heats up to 500 °C, charring the dirt accumulated inside the oven. After the end of the program, when the oven cools down, all you have to do is wipe the ash with a cloth. You can choose between 3 programs of different intensity:
  • Pyro ECO energy-saving program with a duration of 1:30 h.
  • Pyro 2H is designed for a more thorough cleaning process lasting 2 h.
Cool door ensures carefree handling of the oven! The door with 4 reinforced glass layers stays cool even at the highest temperatures, even during pyrolysis cleaning.
Included with the oven are deep baking tray, grill grate and a special steam dish tray.
