Complex feed for rats. Beaphar CARE+ rat food contains animal protein and is low in microparticles to avoid damage to the sensitive airways of rats. Each pellet has the same composition ("all-in-one"), which is important for a balanced diet as it prevents selective eating and the build-up of leftovers. Specially hardened pellets promote natural tooth wear. Beaphar CARE+ rat food contains: - Green tea extract to stimulate and support the immune system - Echinacea - Spirulina - Vitamin E - Yucca schidigera Chelated minerals for better absorption and availability - FOS and MOS to support healthy gut flora - Omega 3/6 fatty acids. Feeding recommendations: most rats readily accept Beaphar CARE+; however, if you are switching from another feed, it is important to make the change gradually. Therefore, mix some of the old feed with Beaphar CARE+ in the first few days. The daily amount of Beaphar CARE+ required depends on the size and weight of the rat, see the feeding recommendation table. Fresh drinking water should always be available.
